Micro Lesson 092: "G Minor" Guitar Melody Line
This Micro Lesson demonstrates a typical Guitar melody line in the key of "G Minor."
The melody is sparse and sustains a great deal, yet has fast sections of 32nd-Note phrases that bring in each new measure.
These 32nd-note entries occur in bars one through three. The techniques used to perform the 32nd-Note ideas are varied and include; Sweep Picking, Hammer-ons, Pull-offs and slides.
Take your time developing the techniques necessary for the 32nd-notes. They should be played quick, yet very smooth. Use a metronome to develop the feel and the timing. Enjoy!
